All orders shipped to countries outside the European Union may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees levied by the country of destination, for which the recipient is liable. Unfortunately, we are unable to determine the exact amount in advance and therefore recommend contacting the local customs office.

Our items can be returned within 30 days of receipt (provided the products have not been opened and are in their original packaging). Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns that
- has been opened
- have been used
- have been damaged
- have been filled
- are not returned in full (e.g.: components of an exclusive set)
- are part of a promotion for which a certain purchase value had to be reached
The refund may take up to 10 working days depending on the bank's processing time.
a) Did you receive a damaged item?
Please send us a picture of the damaged item to hello@almababycare.com. Once we have received the proof, we will process your request as quickly as possible so that we can either refund the item or send you a new, undamaged item.
b) Did you receive a faulty item?
We classify goods as faulty if they arrive damaged or if a manufacturing defect is discovered within 30 days of purchase. Items are not classed as faulty if the condition has been caused by expected wear and tear. In this case we cannot accept any responsibility.
